Rotational Molding

The Plastic Professionals offers rotational molding services with up to a 5.5 meter swing. We have the capability of molding close tolerance, high quality parts. Color matching is available to meet customer specifications, large or small volume.

Fabrication

We offer a wide range of plastic fabrication capabilities, including CNC router fabrication, heat wire bending, solvent bonding and thermoforming. While we work with most plastics, we specialize in decorative parts, signage and point of purchase displays using acrylic, co poly, ABS, polycarbonate, foam PVC and styrene.

Screen Printing

Our screen printing process utilizes solvent, UV, and 4-color process inks. The maximum print area is 25 x 36 inches. This process is available for flat surfaces only. Inks can be matched to any PMS color and pre-production samples are provided upon request.
