| Schafer Systems Inc. is located along Interstate 80 in Adair, IA. The company was founded in 1986, for the purpose of manufacturing plastic lottery ticket dispensers and point of purchase displays for the lottery industry. As a foremost supplier of lottery products, Schafer Systems currently works with 40 state lotteries, 47 countries and ten territories.
In 1995,the company diversified and expanded its rotational molding division to begin manufacturing marine products. Connect-A-Dock®, a modular floating dock system. This building block concept allows you to build your dock in many different sizes and configurations.
In 1999, the company recognized their excess capacities and began to better utilize their abilities with custom manufacturing. This includes rotational molding, injection molding, fabrication, pad printing, screen printing, rapid prototyping, product assembly and packaging.
Also in 1999, Schafer Systems Inc. established an Employee Stock Ownership Plan allowing employees to participate and share in the ownership of the company.
Schafer Systems Inc. has reorganized its corporate structure effective November 1, 2003 to better reflect its business operations and to provide a platform for its continued growth. The former Schafer Systems Inc. (SSI) holding company structure will now be known as Owner Revolution Inc.
